Been looking to replace Vic Firth Metal nylons for a while. Over last few years the sticks fly apart very easily and cost has doubled. These sticks are amazing! I’m making it several hours before a stick even starts to splinter from rim shots and I’m a all rim shots guy. With Vic Firth I’d break 2-3 sticks in 2 hours of playing and the floor looks like a beaver was playing drums. I tried some Vater sticks but these have the weight and reach I was looking for.

Was having a hard time with Vic Firth Rock N. Like the weight and length but they broke way too fast. These definitely are the right size and length (2B Long) and last longer….but they’ll def still break ;) @jackddrummer

Very pleased with the 2B Long nylon tips. I play in several different bands ranging from a original classic rock band, an anthem based rock cover band, a power blues trio and a metal project, not to mention a decent amount of studio work, so durability and consistency matters. The finish is great, the tips stay on and out of 18 pair, I’ve only broken one in nearly a month of use. THAT is impressive. I’m sold. Love em.
Been looking for new pair of sticks liked the reviews I saw so I purchased 2 pairs 2b & 5a I beat these sticks to death in the cold basement I love the feel the weight and the durability and affordable

I ❤️ my woodies 2b long nylon tip,I just tried them on a few shows with metal mike of halford , they feel great in my hands and really hold up well! The hickory is so much better than other brands! Thanks guys ron lipnicki
Being a newer drummer, I didn’t know what I was looking for in a pair of sticks. After ordering multiple brands and sizes, Woodies are definitely my favorite. They feel more balanced than the bigger brands that I tried, and I really like the added length and different taper.
Really love the feel but they are a little slippery. Not used to that!!

I usually use Sound Percussion 5B hickory with wood tip, mostly because they're inexpensive and I'm hard on sticks. I always use rim shots and I hit hard so my sticks kinda saw through the middle from the rim shots. I have used one pair of the 3 pair of woodies for two rehearsals, I like the weight and the extra length but they are expensive and after 2 rehearsals the pair I was using cracked through where my hand gripped it. If these were $6 per pair like the SP's I'd use them but the way I'm hard on sticks makes it cost prohibitive and they seem like they are susceptible to same problems as all other sticks I've tried.
The weight of the 2B is perfect for practice and just bringing more power to your drumming. Quality wood that can take cymbals and rim shots. I also like the length, comfort and overall size of the sticks.
Love the sticks! I ordered the 2B’s and the 5B’s but I think the 5B’s are perfect for the new country I play to! The 2B’s are excellent sticks too but a tad bit heavier, great for live venues where you want your sound to travel further. Thanks, I’ll be ordering more soon!
Used the 2b long nylon tipped sticks 4 times now. They dent like normal sticks, which is fine. I love the longer stick and the sound of the nylon tips on my Zildjian ride. So far, great sticks. Thanks Guys!

After trying the 2B Long wood tips (which I really liked but generally prefer an acorn tip stick) I decided to give the nylon tips a try. Absolutely LOVE them and will definitely be putting in a larger order. I will be doing considerable road work this season, and I'm really confident this is my new stick company! Many thanks!!

Super solid sticks, having the dynamic snappiness of the nylon tip, the extra length stick for my play style, all on a 2B powerhouse... can't really beat that, overall pretty impressive!

These are noticeably heavier than my normal Vic Firth 2Bs, and the extra heft on the bottom half has made rolls and double strokes easier to execute. Love the attention to detail!
Still playing them Had to polyurethane 3/4 of the stick I don't like the raw feel. Other than that the pretty much match the Regal Tip 2B The other thing was the nylon tip is different than the Regal so the sound is not the same. They seem real good.
My favorite sticks for practice, rudiments and exercises. Also playing outside.
