Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email from us. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't received tracking info, reach out and we'll look into it.

If your order hasn't shipped yet we can usually make changes or cancel it. Email us at hello@woodiesdrumsticks.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

If you're not sure, start with the 5A Long — it's the most universal size in drumming. Balanced weight, works for every genre, and it's what most drummers play their whole career. If you need more power go 5B, and for maximum punch go 2B.
